TWIN CAM MOTOR MOUNT ADAPTOR FOR EVOLUTION FRAMES

Now you can upgrade from the old box style swing arm with its Cleve block bushings to the beefed up one with spherical bearings, as used in 2002-2008 Touring. Installation would normally require you to bore the transmission swing arm mount from 5/8" to 3/4" diameter. To make life easier, this kit includes special 5/8" inner diameter spherical bearings and bushings that do not require drilling of the transmission housing. You can of course re-use your stock pivot axle, but a kit that includes the pivot is also available. Installing one of these retro fit kits requires the use of a 2002 thru 2008 style swing arm from a Touring, matching rear brake caliper, a 1" rear wheel axle and 1" inner diameter rear wheel bearings for a 2002-2007 swing arm, or 25mm axle and bearings for a 2008 swing arm. It is highly recommended to replace your old rubber mount isolators OEM 47564-86B with our ZPN 032566 isolators when installing one of these kits. Fits all 1980-2001 Touring.
